As I'm siftling through a tourist pamphlet of Caligo Hills I circle the modern district located on the lower area of the city. It's a popular destination sought after by much younger tourists. In contrast to the medieval architectures on the Old Quarters, the buildings here are litered by one of a kind murals of the most vibrant colours.

From the top of a newly restored watch tower I observe groups of college students having lunch at open-air restaurants or bars. Next to me, an elderly couple are taking numerous pictures with their digital camera to commemorate their journey. One can't help but smile fondly at the sight of them.

I take one last look at the breathtaking snowy mountains north-west to the city, before continuing on with my walk.

Not far from the university area, pigeons flock by a large square. An art exhibition has been set up, hosted by the university. College students huddle amongst themselves, while others share private moments with their loved ones.

I decide to enjoy the rest of the evening by stalking the food stands positioned in semi-circle opposite a bubbling baroque fountain.
